Submit Sample 

Submit Online:

If Rising Internet Security 2011 detects some file as suspicious, computer users can launch the program main interface and, click button of [Submit Sample] to access to RisingSampleCenter. Then computer user can upload suspicious file to RisingSampleCenter with user’s contact information. After upload complete, computer user shall receive “Query Number” for checking analysis report of uploaded suspicious sample file.

Automatic Submit:

Audit function of Rising Internet Security 2011 can accomplish suspicious file scanning automatically. To automatically submit detected suspicious files, please launch Rising Internet Security 2011 program main interface and, click button of [Repair] right located and, then click [Submit Sample] option on popup window to launch window for submitting suspicious files.

As to suspicious files listed on window, computer users can enter additional information and contact information (contact E-mail address) and, click button of [Send] to automatically upload suspicious files to RisingSampleCenter for further analysis.
