Report suspicious files

WEB reporting mode:

If you consider some file may be malicious file, you may click [Report suspicious files] button in main program interface of Rising Antivirus Software. At this time, the reporting center website of Rising file will be opened, and you may upload suspicious file and leave your contact information. After the file is uploaded, you will acquire “Inquiry number” and can timely inquire the security analysis result of suspicious file through “Inquiry number”.

Automatic reporting mode:

Suspicious file in your computer may be automatically detected by the security check function of Rising Antivirus Software. For suspicious file detected by automatic detection, you may click the [Please Repair] button at right side of main program interface of Rising Antivirus Software, and click [Report suspicious files] in the resulting dialog box of “Security check”, to open reporting window of suspicious file.

In terms of suspicious file information displayed in the window, you may fill in auxiliary description information and your contact information (Email address), and click [Send] button to automatically report suspicious file and enable Rising company to check and analyze the file.
