ARP Spoofing Defense

ARP Spoofing, taking malicious behavior of sending false APR packet to computers or gateway which connect with LAN and infringing other devices identity to proceed spoofing behavior; so ARP Spoofing can disturb communication of computers which connect with LAN or monitor communication contents of deceived devices.

Computer users can configure ARP Spoofing Defense rules to prevent computer communication away from ARP Spoofing, and track the suspicious attacker out in LAN.

Launch Rising Internet Security 2011 program main interface and, click [Settings] -> [Network Defense] -> [ARP Spoofing Defense] to configure and manage security defense rules.

Defense Measures

Computer users can customize ARP Spoofing Defense with measures of [Timing Check Local ARP Cache], [Block IP Address Conflict Attack], or [Block sending of false ARP packages].

Prompt Measures

Here computer users can customize optional prompt measures as [Popup balloon], [Animate system tray icon], or [Sound Alert].

Defense Range

Computer users can configure defense against [Include all computer in LAN], or set defense against one [Include specified computer addresses and fixed addresses].

ARP Static Rules

Computer users can Add, Edit, and Delete, Import or Export Rising Internet Security 2011 ARP Spoofing Defense static rules. Meanwhile, computer users can enter static IP/MAC Address in binding manually on window of [ARP Static Rules] to obtain security protection for assigned MAC Address from Rising Internet Security 2011.
